A Snappy Event, based in Charleston, South Carolina, is an event company specializing in food and beverage centered fundraisers, private functions and competitions. Launched by the success of last year’s Charleston Mac Off, A Snappy Event has followed up with a successful New Year’s Eve party, the Memorial Day Top Gun Party on the flight deck of the USS Yorktown, the Get Your Roll On sushi competition and now the first annual, Charleston Scene Presents 2011 Rub My Rib competition.
